    I saw a premium extension for TablePress on your site. I downloaded it and tried to install and got the following error.

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Is this because I haven’t paid for the premium version? If so, I’d be glad to but wanted to make sure.

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    No, this is not related to you not having paid. This is simply caused by a corrupted ZIP file. Most likely, the download was just corrupted or there was a problem when uploading the ZIP to your server.

    I suggest to simply download a fresh copy and try again. If it still does not work, you can also extract the ZIP file on your computer and upload the contained folder to your site, via FTP, to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
