    Hey,
So that should pull from your Page Header Default Background in Theme Options > Page Title. Is that not the case for you?

That is not the case for me. It does not appear on either the category or tag pages at all, but does appear on all other pages. I would provide a screen shot but there’s no way to attach one here and I can’t provide you a working link because the site is not yet published to our server.

    Any ideas?

You can use a plugin like this to attach a screenshot- https://tinygrab.com/

Without being able to see the code it’s really hard to tell what’s going on and I can’t get this issue to repeat on my test site. I would suggest deactivating plugins to see if one is conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change.

    Altisource,
Can you make sure your using the latest version of the theme?

Hannah – went through that process (I only have five plugins) and it did nothing to correct the issue.

Kadence Themes – we are definitely using the latest version of the theme.

I’m looking at options for uploading the code to a repository of some sort so that you can view it. We are still working on our contract with the hosting provider so it’s not possible to upload the site so you can access the code that way.

I uploaded the theme a sub-folder on my site so that you can look at the code. You can see it here at https://www.barkcreative.com/owners/.

Let me know if you need admin credentials.

    Thanks!

I’m seeing this image as your background- https://www.barkcreative.com/owners/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/FreshCoat-white-lg.png
Is that what you’ve added in Theme Options > Page Title?

    Hannah

ok, got it you have the title turned off on the archive pages. So you need to set the background for the header when it’s not set to transparent.

In your theme options > advanced styling. Set the background for the header.

Got that fixed. Is there any reason that the header is not the same height as the others? I have it set to 300px and on the archive pages it’s definitely not that. Screen capture here https://grab.by/KHzm

From what I can see You have turned off the page title on archive pages. so it’s only showing the header and from the link above I see exactly 300px as the height. The difference is on other pages you have the page title adding space.

I don’t see any area to turn off SPECIFICALLY archive pages. And no page title is appearing on the other pages. I have it turned off universally. Can you provide screen shots of what I need to change, please?

I have it turned off universally – this is what I meant.
    See this page: https://www.barkcreative.com/owners/sample-page/

all your pages (aside from the home page) are set with the universal function. On the post page you can manually turn it back on.
