    Hi Sarah,

    Please let me know for which button you are trying to add custom image , so after that we can look into issue.

    I am sure if you will configure settings properly then all will be work fine, may be due to some wrong settings you are getting issue.

    It is for the Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Reddit, and Mail buttons.

    Hi Sarah,

    I am sure you are doing something wrong during add custom image for these all buttons and that’s why image is not reflecting.

    If you can send me your admin access details and images on my email [email protected] then i can configure it on your site. Buttons images size should we 32×32 dimension.

    Thanks for email!

    After got your email with screenshots , i have review code and found that buttons image coming fine for floating sidebar but not for social buttons.

    Issue was coming due to some code conflict but now we have fixed issue.
    You will need update plugins file OR delete exist plugin and then re-install plugin.

    I hope after update plugin , your problem will be resolved. ??
