Need a teacher to student plugin

  • I am a teacher looking for a way my students can publish their work/files only to me.
    On a normal WP-site everyone can see what contributors publish but I need it to be just between me and the user who uploaded it.

    So when I write comments to their work, only the user and I can see the comment.
    It would also be great if I could upload comments as video files.
