A uder added to my site which I can't delete

  • Hi, there’s been a strange user added to my site as administrator that I can’t delete. There’s no delete option. And I don’t have the registration allowed for anyone. When I login to my site it opens under his name (“debug”), not mine. If I try to log out and log in back under my name, the browser says: too many requests.
    Does any know how to get of it?
