• Hi to everyone!

I use CF7 many years without problems. When somebody fills one of the forms I have created I normally received a response to [email protected]

The problem is that I want to add an extra yahoo email I have, in order to get the responses in case I am out of my office and I don’t have outlook to read my emails.

I tried to add an additional headers writing Cc: [email protected] but nothing happened.

Additionally I add my yahoo mail in the “To” field using a comma, but also nothing happened.

The strange is that when I receive the response to my basic email I use which is [email protected], this email has also in the cc field my yahoo mail. But finally I receive nothing at all in my yahoo.

Have you any idea how I can fix this?

There has been a significant increase in problems in sending to some email addresses from all WP form plugins following Yahoo’s change in ther DMARC policy in April.

There is an article at yahoo dmarc issue to help others deal with this Yahoo DMARC issue.

See also Contact Form 7 Email Issues which explains in more detail the main reasons for failed Contact Form 7 email deliveries and offers some possible solutions.

Yahoo changed their policy in 2014 I think you mean.

Thank you davmerit for your reply.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work this method for me. I tried everything.

I tried also to add my domain pop3 account to yahoo mail but I realized that yahoo have stopped to provide this option.

I don’t know what other options I have. Maybe I should accept the fact that I only will read the forms when I am in my office and I use my outlook…

@nikosmazarakis, we can help you but you’ll have to give us more information. Can you please post the raw headers of the email that you are not receiving at yahoo?

I doubt you have tried everything ??

Thank you Jason for your concern.

    My domain is meteomarine.gr
In the form, in the field “To” I put my email [email protected]
In the field “from” I put also the same email and before this my name

In the additional headers I put Cc: [email protected] or
    reply-to: [email protected]

When I fill the form I normally receive the filled form to [email protected] but not to my yahoo mail.

The strange is when receive the form in my domain mail in the details says Cc [email protected] but this email never comes to my yahoo.
