New sermons not loading with player

Up till a month and 1/2 ago, sermons were loading correctly, but now have stopped showing the player. The file uploads to the server, but does not seem to be attached to the sermon.
Nothing was changed. old sermons are showing and playing 100%. Since after 2-8-2015, we have had a problem.
The church relies on these for the cell groups and is hugely urgent.
