New Install Error for class.wpscripts.php file

I’m currently trying to install wordpress. The installation seems to have worked mostly, the site is showing to non logged in users https://mariasears.co.uk/ however I am unable to login to the WordPress back end and am receiving the following errors.

I’ve tried editing the class.wp-scripts.php file but this has no effect.

Any suggestions?
