• We were using version 2.3.13 with a compatible theme.

We have 6 products with many, many variations (300+ variations per product).

We want to update to fix the issue with extreme slowness on the front end. When we attempt to update to 2.4.6, all of the prices are removed from most of the variations. Some items have prices, but it removes most of them.

This seems to be due to some limitation during the upgrade which cannot handle that amount.

Has anyone else come across this? We have no way to update and I keep having to restore due to the problem. Any ideas would be helpful.

Are you sure the prices have been removed from the database? Are they still showing up in the admin when you edit a product?

They don’t show up in any of the variations in the affected products. I may have a handful of variations with prices in a couple products, but 4 out of 6 products do not have prices at all.

For an example of the site before being updated, check tools.frontlinefabrication.com under “tooling” are the products. There, you’ll see the slowness I’m encountering. After the update it’s quicker, but the prices are obviously messed up.
