Changing domain and server

I’ve changed my hosting and domain, but my website is appearing all mangled: https://www.perpsy2016.com
When I try to access wp-admin is still appearing as the old one: https://www.perpsy2016.host22.com.br.
I’ve tried looking at CODEX but couldn’t understand exactly what I should do.
Does anyone knows what should I do please?
