Grid Layout like the Home Page?

I have a questions about the Pinnacle Free Demo page I am using.

I am trying to get other pages to appear similar to my home page. Currently, if you click on a menu link such as “Ventures” in my site (https://shoottheplanet.net/category/ventures/)

The entire full length blog posts are shown from top to bottom, end to end.
I have gone through every option I can find in “Theme Options” to make other pages show a nice grid type layout or summarized version of the posts under each menu category.

What am I missing?
