WooCommerce Checkout Page Not Fully Loading

  • Hi all –

    After backing up our server files and database, we’ve recently updated our WordPress software and WooCommerce software during monthly maintenance. Now I am getting two spinning wheels in the payment section of the page.

    The site was working fine before the upgrade. Nothing else was changed so here’s what I’ve checked:
    1. Checked our SSL pages were secure (all secure)
    2. Deactivated all plugins (still problematic)
    3. Deactivated the theme and used WP 2015 (still problematic)
    4. Checked that the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same (yep)
