    Hi there!

How odd. It seems to be working correctly for me. Which version of the plugin are you running now?

Since it’s been over a week since OP’s last response, I’m assuming he managed to fix the issue and thus I’m marking this topic as resolved.

chouch7, if you still need help with this please leave a comment and I’ll be glad to lend a hand.

I’m having the same problem. This is on a WordPress multisite install where the plugin is only activated on one site (not Network Activated).

    WordPress 4.3.1
    WPP 3.2.1

    Thanks.

Alright, I’ll take a look into it.

Question: why are you still using WPP v3.2.1? Or was that a typo?

Now on 3.3.3 and it’s still the same. So we go to the main settings page for the plugin and on the first tab (Stats) there are four options for:

    1. Last 24 hours
    2. Last 7 days
    3. Last 30 days
    4. All time

and it loads with “Last 24 hours” selected. When we change it to any of the other options, the settings page loads the correct data, but when we click Apply, the page reloads and the option has switched back to “Last 24 hours”.

This is confirmed when we go to our site and it’s showing the corresponding data.

All this time I thought you were talking about the widget – you never mentioned it was the Stats section ??

Yes, after applying any changes the Stats section will display by default the “Last 24 hours” list. It’s easily fixable, but I won’t invest time on that: the Stats section has been redesigned and will be included with the release of WPP v3.4 ??

Thanks for the reply Hector. Apologies for not being clear originally. Two questions:

Does this mean that this issue will be fixed in 3.4?

Do you have a timescale for the release of 3.4?

Don’t worry about it. I should have asked for more details as well.

    1. Yes, the new Stats section doesn’t have this problem.

    2. Hopefully sometime before this month ends.

Hi, I was wondering if there was any news on the new update?

    Actually, yes!

You mentioned you would be releasing 3.4 a few months back, has the time scale changed? Do you happen to know when it will now be released? Thanks.
