Problem JS script won't move to footer

I use W3TC to move render blocking JS scripts to the bottom of the page by adding them manually to minify.

All is good except this script which just won’t be moved.

When I save to effect the move, this script dumps the cocoallegro.co.za off the font and remains where it is minus the above.

Has anyone got any idea why?
