Unable to activate theme

Hi I’m trying to activate a theme via appearance->themes panel. I had successfully uploaded the theme using filezilla. When i try to activate the following error message comes up
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32800 bytes) in /home/woodshar/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 384”

How could i successfully actiavte the theme
