no email received by client with download

Hi there!

Are your purchase records getting marked as Complete or do they remain Pending?

They were marked as pending and when I updated completed I received the email.

Previously before I added the SMTP plugin they were immediately tagged as completed.

How can get them to go immediately to completed?

Ok that means the issue is not with the email but with the payment verification.

almost the same issue. my payment status is “completed” but the client doesn’t receive the thank mail…
