Don't fill every size

I have been looking into a solution or fix for long time now, seems no other plugin can do this, not even a paid solution like imagify or shortpixel.

Tried to do some tweaks myself to make size selection possible…but I am not a programmer so that didnt work out ??

I have posted a job offer, to have this created, plus some other minor tweaks. If you are still interested in a solution, please let me know. We can split the cost. I am looking into the offers, some high some low. I can manage this and test it, but if you guys can join that would be cool.
