Website is Redirect to some ugly url

My website is https://www.fixeaz.com and every url is redirect to
url/?v=c86ee0d9d7edhome page redirect to https://www.fixeaz.com/?v=c86ee0d9d7ed
Shop page redirect to https://www.fixeaz.com/shop/?v=c86ee0d9d7edEach and every url is getting redirected. I am unable to understand the reason. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
