• I just moved three blogs from iBlog to WordPress. I am still in shock that it only took a few minutes to get the application up and running.
    Here is mine:

I am not done with the CSS work but in terms of configuration I am pretty happy. The only way that I could be happier is if somebody would show me a tool to export from iBlog directly into WordPress so I don’t have to make each post by hand!

Sorry I could not post the other two, but one is in our intranet and the other one is from a friend and he is not ready to show it off.

I think Anonymous was talking about its design… ??

The design is plain on purpose, I am a web programmer and I despise web logs that try to offset poor content with a beautiful web layout.

But quality content paired up with a beautiful web layout is okay, correct? Because personally, aesthetics are important to me. Quality content can go completely ignored if the design is boring and leaves a lot to be desired. Just my thoughts.

“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and while the beholder may have a view on that, it’s a subjective one.

I can not agree with any type of proposal that effective design has no part to play in function.

FYI: it does not render properly in Netscape & “requires” horizontal nav in Mozilla.

Yes, quite a large horizontal scroll in IE6 and FF.
