Upload button not showing

Could you please check if it is working with default theme activated and non-bbpress plugins deactivated?

Still not working for us even with default theme and plugins deactivated. Could be a permissions issue? Strange thing here is that it appears to be rendered to the page – but not showing up – here is the page source code (note that the container and the button are both showing in code, but just are not visible in page):

Could you please do following for me?

Deactivate all plugins except bbpress and bbPress Multi Image Uploader and switch to default theme (Twenty Fifteen) and check if you still have same issue?
