Form does not show?

  • I have the same problem on 2 different sites.
    One site is running WP WordPress 4.2.4 and Suffusion theme;
    The other site is running WordPress 4.3 and Prana theme – I have also disabled all the other plugins on this site without any success.
    The edit page works fine

    Also tried in both firefox and chrome

    Downgrading the plugin to v.2.3.7 works

    Please download this file- https://www.dropbox.com/s/96vwtg3eewqv75h/subscription.php?dl=0 and replace with WP user frontend pro/class/subscription.php file. After replacing the file everything will work fine in 2.3.8.

    had the same issue.sorted with the subscrioption.php file upload.thanks

    I cannot find the pro/class/subscription.php file. Is this for Pro users only?

    Is there a fix or update for the free version?

    The right location for the free version is wp user frontend/class/subscription.php file

    the form shows but I am unable to make the help text for the content to appear. all help text appear except richtext area content. i can’t make the placeholder text to appear and the help text too not appearing. can you please help me? thank you.
