    This means one of your plugins – or your theme – is (only occasionally) forcibly loading pluggable.php. The surest way to find it is to search all the code in /plugins for a reference to pluggable.php.

    grep -R "pluggable\.php" /wordpress/wp-content/plugins

    Since you only see the message intermittently, then it’s not as urgent a problem. As long as your email always works.
