can't access the backend of our radio station webpage due to a memory error

    im new to this forum and already need your help.
    Due to a memory error ?! we can’t access the backend of our webpage for more than 3 days now and this is a big problem for us, cause we need to update the page several times a day.
    the error message is:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 136839168) (tried to allocate 13197521 bytes) in /homepages/40/d491844183/htdocs/ako_webseite2014/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1095

    Do you have any suggestions how we can solve this problem with our page ?
