WP Customize links to a different page

  • I have a purchased theme called WPDance and most of the meu editing, etc works via the Customize link. But While the Polylang plugin is enabled, although everything else seems to work fine at the moment, the customize page has only these words:

    Edit Add Product Filter by Attribute
    Product Filter by Attribute

    Display Type:

    Attribute:

    Is this a permalinks problem or a bug in the actual file.
    Could someone please help me?
