Theme: Flatio How to change the home page logo to text

I have been trying and trying with the free Flatio home page to remove the huge word FLATIO and replace it with a two-liner: the name of my company, and my own name, but I continually fail. All it seems willing to do is replace FLATIO with a logo. I don’t have a logo. I want my business name and my own name! Is that too much to ask?
