W3 breaks my menu

    I have w3 installed and it has improved my site speed nicely. My only problem is that it breaks my menu (Responsive Menu) plugin. Responsive Menu puts a menu button on every page. With W3 activated the button no longer calls up the menu.

    I have also asked Responsive Menu but no reply at this moment.
