nothing showing

I installed this and filled in all the boxes, and I’m displaying it using a shortcode on the site, but nothing is displaying. I turned off all the other plugins, and it still doesn’t show.

not sure why it isn’t showing? I just made the product yesterday, but it shows on my zazzle site.
