• Hi to everybody,

I tried checking all the forums and support topics but I couldn’t find a solution to my problem.

I am using WordPress and Woocommerce with the Wootique theme.
I have polylang and the Hyyan Integration installed.

When I try to translate a product, it removes all the attributes from the original language.
When I add them back in the original, the translated language has the attributes translated but no values in it.

And I can’t add them manually. It simply won’t let me.
When I try to uncheck ‘enable attributes translations’ it doesn’t change a thing.

The only way it works is when I translate a product that in the language settings tab – string translations, already is translated. I do not know why some products are listed there and some aren’t. And, even though I searched the web, I am not able to add them manually. My coding skills are very limited.

I tried disabling, reenabling the plugins, removing and readding all languages, noting works.

    Does anyone have a solution?
Or how can I translate the attributes manually?
Or how do I (in a simple way) add string translations of products?

Thank you very much in advance,
    all the best

    Jacob

  • Hi,

Having kind of the same problem… I can’t edit the attribute section in a simple product translation.
Did you find a solution for this?

    Hello,

I have the same problem too!
I know with WooCommerce Polylang Integration it’s possible but this plugin offers less setting!
Also, with Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration I can’t deselect some settings.
    Did you find a solution?

    Kind regards,

    L.

Same problem here, still no solution?

    Thanks.

Same problems. My variations are removed and translated as a simple product.

    Hi

The plugin is not maintained for quite some time. While we all hopped Hyyan would continue supporting the plugin, with the help of several users I forked the plugin and have been developing and bug-fixing it for a couple of months now.

The issue reported here has been solved together with many others. I have been recently working on adding support for WooCommerce 2.6.x and creating a proper fork that can be publish in www.remarpro.com without conflicts.

It is still in my development branch in github, but you are welcome to test it and see if solves your issues.

Please note, this is a beta and is still under testing. Therefore, if you decide to give it a try, do it on a staging/test environment first.

You are welcome to report issues in github and I will support you as good as I can.

    Cheers,
    A
