Contact form not working

  • Hi, a friend (who I can’t contact at the moment) has set me up with a site and the contact page does not seem to be working.

    I did a test message to my own email and nothing came through.

    I am completely code illiterate.

    Any ideas please?

    Hi, I’d like to add a similar problem:
    after 4.3 update the contact form doesn’t function. Before updating it did. The emails is not sent. I’ve tried to remove the form and insert it again several times without result. This is the script but without actual mail adress

    ‘[contact-form to='[email protected]' subject='Kontaktformul?r'][contact-field label='Namn' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='E-post' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Kommentar' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]‘

    Any ideas how to solve this?

    Hi, my friend changed the email address to his and it worked. We then tried it on 3 of my emails and none worked. I don’t know if it’s because he is based in Australia and me in the UK.

    Anyway, I have abandoned the form and gone for simple text as I need to launch my business.
