How to Pass Form inputs to create a Modal Window

  • Dear Experts,

    Thanks a lot for your wonderful contribution for this community and I am very new to this world. Basically my requirement is – I have a small form in home page with Country, State select box and submit button. Once user press submit I want to show a modal window displaying some tourists spots in that particular country and state. So I need to pass the selection inputs or database query results to modal window to display in tabular form.

    Any help or clue in this regards will be highly appreciated and thanks in advance.
