  • If they are not arriving in your outlook or hotmail accounts you need to check you settings to make sure they aren’t being junked.

If that’s all OK check that your host has SPF and DKIM enabled and is forwarding the messages to your outlook and email accounts.

Once you have clicked on send everything that happens next is managed first by your hosting and then by outlook

    Hi,
I am using QCF, the plugin shows the sent message on the website, but I am not able to receive the mail.
I used the gmail account and the website account as well. But I am not able to receive the mail in any of the accounts.
    Please help me out.
    Thank you.

    Hi Meeramt,

Check your webmail account to see if the messages have arrived. If they have to problem could be the mail forwarding or gmail blocking messages sent using wp_mail.

Try using the SMTP settings on the ‘Send Options’ page.

There are so many different things that can block emails it’s impossible to cover all of them. Once the email has been sent from your site your host takes over. So you really need to see what it happening to the messages when they arrive on the host email server.

Have you got SPF and DKIM enabled on your email server?

    Hi Aerin,
    Thank you for the reply.
I enabled the SPF & DKIM settings as well.
On the dashboard messages section I do see all the messages on it.
I am still not able to figure it out from where it is rejected.

    Please suggest.
    Thank you.

    Hi Aerin,
I am receiving the mail on [email protected] email address but not on gmail.
I also created a new form with comma separated email addresses (one info & another gmail) address, but for this I am not receiving mail in any of the inbox.

    Please suggest.
    Thank you

This just means gmail is blocking the messages. There is nothing I can do about this.

What you could do is use the SMTP opotion on the plugin send options page but I’m not hopefull this will work.

Have you checked your hosting isn’t blacklisted?
