Leaking links

    A blog owner told me she discovered links from postings from my hers to hers (at the Incoming Links under Dashboard)which I do not link it to her.

    There is not only one, but several of my postings linking to her blog AUTOMATICALLY.

    How can I stop this immediately? Anyone can share any tips on this?
