RESPONSIVE HOMEPAGE IMAGE

    My goal is to fill the “page-container” to a customizable percentage with an image. Then the image is responsive and scales. One possible method is to insert the png into the “page-container” vs the “container” within the page container, but I’m not sure how to do that.

    In addition, if anyone knows how to make the header sticky for ALL pages EXCEPT for the homepage that would be great!
