    Hi,

Could you open your forms for editing, and pressing immediately the “Save & Preview” button, please?

And please, let me know the results.

    Best regards.

Hi codepeople, same here with a client of mine. Chrome on here windows laptop doesn’t show the form, IE does. Even after updating and saving.

But however with me on Apple Chrome/Firefox/Safari work fine.

Unfortunately I cannot show it because it’s in a registered environment.

    Hello,

I’m also having the same problem since the update. None of the calculators are loading on either the site, or while doing “Save & Preview”.

    Disabled/Re-enabled plugin
    Clicked “Update” on each calculator
    Tried different template

Any issues with Total cache plugin?
Have since disabled minify for JS

In response to /u/Kristenboersma comment. For me it neither works in Chrome or IE. Does not work on Android as well.

Alright I got it for me at least. Plugins/Calculated fields form/settings I toggled the “Activate Java Script Cache” option and now everything is loading fine for me again.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ve published an update just now, that should correct the issue caused by the optimizing process.

Could you installing the update, please?

    Best regards.

Thanks for the fast response and update.

    Hi,

@raptor_classic, I guess the issue in your website is caused by the browser’s cache. I’ve visited your webpage with all my browsers, even in my mobiles devices, and the form is there:

@j.cullen, Thank you very much, I will include an additional parameter to the cached JS file, to be sure a new version would be loaded each time the plugin be updated.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

Please, try enabling the cache again, and clear the browser’s cache. When the cache is deactivated, the cached file is deleted, so, if you enable the cache again, the file is recreated.

    Best regards.

    Hi @9art,

Could you send me the link to your webpage, please? I’m pretty sure the issue is caused by the browser’s cache.

    Best regards.
