not adhering to posting interval

    Hi,
    Thank you very much for using BMP

    Can you please confirm that you are using the latest version of our plugin and WordPress too.
    If yes can you please describe the steps you did in order to accomplish your task. For example did you press “Update Buffer My Post Options” after changing the value in “Minimum interval between post”?

    Finally, did you check your Buffer account as you may have some posts from old settings in a thread there.

    HA! I was looking at old buffer post from a week or more ago.

    The ones over the last several days, have been correct.
