Logged-in customers see other customers' info

    Not sure if it’s a session cookie thing or a caching thing, but I have customers who buy stuff and then see other people’s information after their order is completed. No bueno…anyone have a similar situation and fix? Seems to be an issue with data not being cleared out of the customer details field.

  • I have had something similar with a customer going to the checkout and having another customers order added to their order? The reason I know this is definitely happening is because it has happened to me as well when I was entering an order for a customer. ??     It’s cache. Cart/checkout/account need to be excluded from caching systems.
