Change the word "and" when displaying multiple authors?

Hi,

I run a norwegian site (www.spillhistorie.no) – and currently, the co authors plus plugin is using the english word “AND” when displaying multiple authors, for instance Kristian Foshaug and Joachim Froholt.

I want this to be translated to Norwegian – “Kristian Foshaug og Joachim Froholt”. Is there any easy way to do this? I only need translation of this front-end.
