Please download the latest version we just released (v10.6). Then login into your site as admin, and in the settings, look for new “Debug Mode” option (at the end of the “Default Settings” section). Turn it on and click [Save]. Now look at your gallery again. You (and only you) will now see some debug text instead of the gallery. Click/Copy all of the text and paste it here for us to examine.

Hi, thanks for checking in.
I installed embed plus 10.6 yesterday and left it at that – didn’t have time to do the debugging and didn’t realise that the invalid statements have disappeared. That’s good news. Anyway, I have reinstalled a new API key and it seems to be working fine.

The only thing is after installing my playlist on the page, the gallery doesn’t show up. It shows only one video.

We looked at your code and it’s not the proper gallery embedding code. What you have is just playlist code for YouTube’s standard playlist player. This is a single box that plays the playlist videos in sequence without thumbnail previews in a gallery form.

To address your problem, please follow either set of instructions we provided for embedding galleries. You have three locations to choose from:
1) the plugin settings page
or
2) this page: https://www.embedplus.com/responsive-youtube-playlist-channel-gallery-for-wordpress.aspx
or
3) the walk-through video we posted on YouTube.com:
