Twitter message

If someone shares my post via twitter I want it to add my twitter username, which it did before I changed the share buttons. At the moment it now automatically tweets just the post title and the link. Could someone talk me through doing this please? Keep in mind I’m still finding my way around the technical aspects so I may need it step by step if it’s complicated!
