Changing default view makes events disappear

Do you have a website that illustrates the problem? Remember “all day” events show in the “all Day” slot at the top of the calendar.

No events appear when the defaultView option under “Options.”

The problem is when defaultView is set to “day” or “week” no calendar view is displayed.

The correct value for defaultView is either “basicWeek” or “agendaWeek” or “basicDay” or “agendaDay”. Please see https://www.fullcalendar.io for “defaultView.”

The plugin will be changed to use the correct values in the next release.

Meantime please insert in the shortcode a defaultView to set the correct view.

Hi there, I have updated the plugin to v2.3 and when I remove defaultView=”agendaWeek” no calendar data appears, still.

Also, with defaultView=”agendaWeek” – Sunday and Saturday aren’t showing, which is a problem!

Please insure that the “weekends” option is checked.(next to last option)

I cannot reproduce the “no view” issue on my websites when I set the defaultView option to agendaWeek.

Thanks for that tip – I’m seeing weekend days now. I’ll try a few more things to see if I can replicate the issue again; if I can would you like access to see what’s going on in the event it helps you debug?

Some times updates will not “take” because of caching still holding old data.
