Add form ID in Options

I created a form, profile and added to user. The add posts shows in the menu but whenever I try to add a new post I get the same message ‘Add form ID in Options’ I tried to get support with Ultimate Member but they refer me back to you. However I don’t even get an admin bar across the top!
