Special characters UTF8 not visible

I’ve started using your plugin and encountered a bug.
Here’s what I type:
4,?lubowanie
Here’s what I got:
4 | lubowanie
The ? letter is missing. It only occurs on the beginning. If placed inside a word, it’s ok.
