Pluings not there?

I’ve put democracy, eventcalander3, wp-footnotes, google-sitemap-generator. akismet, slickr-gallery and lightbox2 into the plugin folder per the instructions, but only democracy, akismet, and wp-footnotes show up in the admin.

They are in C:\Domains\northeastender.com\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins which is the correct location from what I can tell. They appear at https://northeastender.com/wp-content/plugins/ ..

So I don’t know what the issue is.
