Theme won't load on customize tab, dashboard screen options unresponsive

  • Under the tab Themes/customize – theme won’t load on page.

    Unable to use my screen options setting when accessing the dashboard. It’s unresponsive.

    Please advise.

    Note: All my wordpress items are up to date.
