    Hi site https://www.maddiej.co.nz this could be related to a post I had posted earlier.
    After adding a product to your cart then proceeding to the checkout it shows you your order and your details but then there is nothing to confirm the order or complete the order.
    Before i posted I was not getting a email after a order has been placed now you can not even place a order. Something has happened and this is only started happening since the latest round of update before that it all worked fine. I have tried deleting jigoshop and then downloading it again but this has not helped. Can someone help me please

    Could you add some test products to your shop? I can’t see any product available to test it. Try to disable all other plugins exept Jigoshop and see if resolves your problem, it could be some conflict between plugins.

    Hi I have added 2 test products go to view all Categories on the homepage drop list and you well see Gigoshop test when you try to buy one you want get a shopping basket because you are not a member but view cart well come up in green click on that and you can go to the checkout. I tried turning off all plugins off except gigoshop but still did not work. It seems so strange because it was working fine and we have done nothing but update wordpress and the plugins

    Hi,
    I have the same problem on my site (https://www.strumentimusicaliamadeus.com). The “checkout” page is locked. You can’t place order. I Try to disable all other plugins except Jigoshop but nothing.
    I have created a “test” member and a “test” product and i try again but nothing.

    Is it possible that the problem is related to SSL certificate of my provider?

    Thank you for letting me know that nails:). Its nice to know others have the same problem and its not just me. I was thinking it was something silly i had done. I am sure Jigoshop are working on it they have never let me down in the past ??

    I solved the problem by installing the plugin “jQuery Updater” but It isn’t the solution because now I have a lot of problems in the graphic theme. I Try to disable all other plugins except Jigoshop and “jQuery Updater” but nothing.

    Hi nailsdevourer,

    Probably you need to update the jquery of your theme, (the url to jQuery)
    It should be located at your-theme/functions.php file.
    It should look like something like this: “https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.2.6/jquery.min.js” you need to change the value of 1.2.3 or whatever it would be to current.

    Below you can find a link of current version of jQuery:

    Just remember to make a backup of all your files to revert them if something goes wrong

    Thank You Plugin Author frond the problem after many times turning off plugins turning back on. It was Yoast SEO causing my problem

    Probably you will need to update jQuery also, to make it work. I believe that you have sent to us an access and you can delete it now as it is not necessary any more.
