• I’m not sure which version of wordpress I am using. Where would I find that?
I am trying to add a drop down menu to my blog – simpleminimalistliving.com. I have a page called “list of blogs.” I would readers to click on this “list of blogs” and see a list of titles (like a contents page in a book) which they would then select a title that interests them and by clicking on the title, it takes them to that post. I do not want the current thing where posts just get added on top of each other and the reader having to scroll through the whole lot. I have watched youtube videos but I don’t get it.
Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me.

  • Your wordpress version can be found on your dashboard once you have logged in to the site, it is in the ‘At a Glance’ box. Adding menus can be done under the Appearance tab on the dashboard. Under the Appearance tab there is an option called Menus, here you can create a menu for your list of blogs. Alternatively, if you create a new page called “list of blogs’, you can insert hyperlinks into the text part which will allow you to create a menu/list of titles for your blog posts. Hope this helps in some way

Thank you, I will try doing that today. And thanks for telling me where the version I am using can be found.
