Duplicator is "hanging" during the building fase

    I have now problems to create a package. A few months a go it was oke.
    During the building fase the procedure is hanging. After a few hours I get the message timer interrupt from DULPICATOR.
    I talked to my hosting company and they say the package was already done and placed into the directory /wp/wp_snapshots.
    Can you help me ?

    I am seeing a similar issue (white screen of death). I am using WP 4.3 and running Windows 10 with the edge browser. If I check on my remote hosting site I can see that the wp_snapshots folder has been built and has entries. It has been over 30 minutes since any new file creation activity. Could it be broken?
