Change Offline Message

    I’d like to change the offline message that says “Sorry, we aren’t online at the moment. Leave a message and we’ll get back to you.”

    I have a client that wishes to display the hours and phone number of a call center, when Administrator is Offline AND Online. How would I be able to go about doing this?

    Hi, please open tidio chat panel, and go to “multilanguage” section and there add the language that you are using, and there you can change this text.
