Plugins Don’t Show Up

    Hi – am using a free hosting site for testing purposes and they offer wordpress setups via the elefante install script.

    However, aside from the default plugins of Askimet and Hello Dolly nothing else shows up.

    Also and possibly related – themes I add appear but when I selet them the website doesn’t display correctly. Either I get a blank screen or text only.

    Any suggestions on what to look for? Not too woried by the themes issue but the two may be related.

    Thought I’d add a reply just in case it helps anybody else.

    I upgraded (following listed method) to the latest version of WP and after a refresh all uploaded plugins were suddenly visible.

    I guess something in the original installed version was corrupt / missing.
