Map not responsive when adding location

After updating to WP4.3, the map in Nomad is not responsivie, when I try to add a new location. Meaning, that I cannot move the map by dragging and more importantly I cannot move the red thumbnail to a new location. I can still search for a location and I can move the map by using the button pad.
However, because I cannot move the thumbnail manually, I cannot set it to a specific location, that is not possible to search for.
